NOTW: Orly Snowcone

About fifteen years ago, baby blue nail polish was so cool. Of course, being the rebel that I am, I refused to wear it then. It's not that I didn't like the color-- I just didn't want to be like everybody else.

Of course, these swatches of Orly Snowcone do show that I do love baby blue nails.
